Can I get a massage before a round of golf?
Absolutely. Getting a massage before an important round, or if you’re feeling a bit tight and don’t want to shank the ball on the first tee is a great idea.
Just like any other sport, a warm up massage before play can help you function at your best.
Are there different oils that I can choose from?
Yes. We know that some people have preferences, or even allergies. Please let your massage therapist know if you have a preference, and call ahead if you have any allergies.
Can massage help with recovery?
Yes it can. Golf is a brutal sport. From the strain of a golf swing to the 7km+ walk up and down hills, golf can really take it out of you.
Remedial massage can really help with your muscle recovery after a round, and get you back to feeling your best as soon as possible.
Is Remedial Massage safe if I am on blood thinners?
Yes it is. Be sure to let your massage therapist know that you are on blood thinners, as they will use lighter pressure to avoid any bruising.
